- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and costing or invoices to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure order fulfillment, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with at least 2 -3 years’ experience in similar role
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
