The Customer Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
• Provide information about products, services, and costing or invoices to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure order fulfillment, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate reports and documentation as required.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding common customer issues and potential improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing with at least 2 -3 years’ experience in similar role
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
