Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Built, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing timely and accurate assistance to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Educate customers about Built’s digital platform, its features, and its functionalities.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance.
- Handle telemarketing to prospective customers
