Customer Experience Officer

DUTIES

Your duties as Customer Experience Officer shall include the below, you will be expected to perform all duties and exercise all such authority as may be assigned or delegated to you from time to time, and act in a manner which is reasonably necessary and proper in the interest of the Company.

• Opening set up and closing executed according to company requirements
• Delivering Sai trained customer experience at every opportunity
• Cleaning all glasses and cutlery
• Deliver best customer experience by answering questions about food and drinks, informing them of wines available by the glass, country, vintage and grape, plus suggested food and wine pairings
• Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them on any special requests or dietary requirements
•  Prepare table and deliver food to customers in a timely manner and attend to the needs of our customers throughout the dining process
• Promote add on sales including additional dishes and drinks
• Manage reservations
• Issue bills and receive payments
• Knowledge and execution of all drinks on menu including knowing the right glass to use Please note this is not an exhaustive list of requirements and at any point you may be required to execute other roles to support the function of the kitchen.

1. Location

The primary location for job will be at Ako-Adjei, Osu Accra; however you may be required to perform your duties at locations to be determined by the Company from time to time.

2. Compensation

• Gross Compensation: Your monthly compensation is GH¢ 800.00
• Performance: Your performance would be measured in accordance with the Company’s performance management scheme, which you would be expected to achieve within a given time frame.
