• Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong understanding of the training, consulting and education industry and market
• dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in business development, business administration, or marketing.
• Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
