E-Klaz Profit Limited is an International Student Recruitment organisation that recruits students interested in studying abroad. We are currently seeking a Business Development Officer who will be working closely with other student recruitment officers on the team; you will be responsible for meeting recruitment targets in your region, overseeing operations, developing strategies, monitoring opportunities and risks, managing and client relations but also covers many other aspects.:

Responsibilities not limited to

• Identifying new business opportunities, new clients, and new partnerships, staying up to date with the latest trends
• Creating strategies to reach and achieve recruitment targets successfully.
• Building relationships with clients, calling new prospective clients by telephone and email, gauging their needs and developing ways to address these needs
• Pitching our services to new and existing clients
• Writing detailed reports of events and happenings daily.
• Possessing a solid understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
• Managing, monitoring and training your team
• Engage in marketing and screening applicants to pick the right school for their chosen course.

Qualification

• HND, BSc In Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Graphic design and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc),
• Good Communication skills
