• Business Development Executive
• Location: Cantoment
• Status: Full-Time
• Qualification: Degree/ Masters (plus)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide input during the development of the annual Business Development Plan
• Implement business development strategies, policies and procedures
• Develop weekly visit plan and discuss with supervisor, seek guidance
• Perform market analysis and identify new markets and opportunities
• Draft and develop business plans and financial analyses
• Develop business development reports after interventions and periodically
• Maintain existing relationship with clients and seek to increase size of communication network
• Seek new business opportunities and establish contact with clients that can benefit from LEM services.
• Update and maintain business development client databases and update after each intervention
• Update referral and lead generation network
• Participate in the development of the corporate brand strategy
• Actively participate in the development on marketing communication material and follow up on realization

• Work Environment: Normal working environment with frequent visits to clients
Minimum

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration of Finance. Master degree preferred
• Not less than 2 years’ experience in the business development/ sales/ marketing fields
  Preferably with a construction company.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail Personality Traits Presentable
• Very Good listener Good team player
