Job Description

We are in search of an Administrative Executive.

Responsibilities include:

1- Provide administrative support to various departments or senior executives, such as drafting correspondence.
2- Prepare reports and maintain databases.
3- Implementing company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
5- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
6- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
7- Other administrative duties.
