QUALIFICATION:
- A Diploma or degree in Business Administration or its equivalent with at least 2-year experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should not be above 27 years.
REPORTS TO: Head Of HR And Corporate Affairs Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role includes welcoming visitors, answering, and directing phone calls, keeping detailed and accurate records of incoming requests, distributing incoming and outgoing mails.
- The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all clients.
Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. - She must have a well-established understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to multitask
