MARKETING MANAGER

A leading kitchen design, manufacturing and installation company based in Accra is recruiting a full-time on-site

Marketing Manager who will be responsible for:

1. Lead generation.
2. Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies.
3. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
4. Generating new business leads
5. Increasing brand awareness and market share.
6. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations and production departments.
7. Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
8. Overseeing branding, advertising and promotional
   Campaigns
9. Managing the marketing department’s staff.
10. Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
11. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry related events.
12. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing finance, business administration or similar.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
• At least six (6) years of experience as a marketing manager.
• Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels and branding.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
