Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our Strategy and Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives while ensuring a proactive approach to risk assessment and management across the organization and consulting services. Join our team and contribute to the strategic growth and risk resilience of S&D Chartered Accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to drive process enhancements, execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Support risk assessment processes, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement to
enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive
informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. - Engage with internal & external stakeholders to ensure alignment for strategic initiatives
and risk management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- One year experience, National Service or internship in strategy, risk, business analysis, or
a related role within a controlled work environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.
