Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Officer (Junior) to join our growing Project Services team in Ahafo North.

Reporting to the Material Manager the Warehouse Officer (Junior) will oversees receiving and processing of incoming stocks, picking orders from the warehouse stock and managing them in accordance with the SOP’s of Ahafo North Project per Client’s requirements.

The tasks you’ll perform

• Receive and process warehouse stock for site use (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Complete daily logs into inventory
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations of the Client.

• Ability to identify and report any discrepancies.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co- workers.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Good organizational and time management skills
