Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including production and logistics coordination.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of productivity and efficiency.
•  Implement effective inventory control systems to accurately track, organize, and maintain our extensive range of furniture components and finished products.
• Collaborate with production to plan and execute efficient workflow strategies, ensuring on-time delivery and minimizing order fulfillment cycle times.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse employees.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and increased operational efficiency, and implement appropriate measures accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to address any warehouse-related issues and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• 3 – 5years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and best practices within a warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
