Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Site Supervisor at Whyte Bridge. The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising all on-site activities and personnel, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client and stakeholders. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations, manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or related industries
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•  Thorough understanding of survey instruments such as Dumpy level and Total station.

•  Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts

•  Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods

• Project Management Skills
• Fluency in English is required, proficiency in other languages is a plus
