We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Attendants.

Job Description:

• As a Shop Sales Attendant, you will be the face of our shop, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their shopping needs.
• Providing detailed information about our products.
• Managing transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop floor.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control.

Requirements:

• High School certificates & diplomas, or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and a friendly demeanour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
