Job Vacancy for Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Organizational Effectiveness shall be responsible for co-designing and implementing end-to-end organizational solutions to drive high people engagement, retention and performance.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Together with the HHR, co-design a talent assessment center (competency matrices. Aptitude tests, case studies, interview guides, question banks, score sheets, etc.) for function¬≠ specific roles to assist in recruiting high potential talents.
  • Design, implement, monitor and evaluate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to transform High Potential talents (HIPOs)into High Performing talents (HIPers).
  • Make proposals to HHR to administer customized benefits and reward incentives to retain high performing talents
  • Work with the HRBP and other Line Managers to ensure timely and successful recruitment of Stat on Supervisor Trainees, Shift Captains and Service Attendants.
  • Develop and implement the Annual Training P an (ATP) based on feedback from the Annual Performance Reviews (APRs).
  • Design pre-training needs assessment form to ascertain learning needs to inform design and development of instructional materials.

Key Competency Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • A Master’s degreein Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline is desirable
  • A Professional Certificationin HR (SPHRi,PHRi,SHRM-CP. SHRM-SP. CIPD,etc.)is an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strongdemonstrated use of Excel,Word and PowerPoint
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR Management orin HR Consulting
  • Abiity to synthesizelarge quantities of complex datainto actionableinformation
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior executives in addressing organizational challenges.
