Job Description
- Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Seven (5) + years relevant experience
- Membership of or affiliation with a relevant professional body is desirable
- Digital Marketing knowledge is essential
- Real Estate or Construction Industry experience is desirable
- Experience in PowerPoint Presentations, Excel and Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong presentational skill is essential
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set targets for the Sales team and deploy strategies to achieve them.
- Set objectives, coach, monitor performance and appraise the sales team.
- Achieve sales growth and effectively manage the sales team.
- Design and implement strategic sales plan that propels the achievement of sales objectives and improves the company’s market share.
- Maximize the potential of the sales team by providing the necessary logistics and motivation.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Undertake corporate presentations and prospecting.
- Monitor sales pipelines to ensure closure.
- Ensure sales documentation is complete and complies with the instituted Sales policy.
- Enhance the company’s brand via the online and offline channels.
- Set targets for the Marketing team and deploy strategies to achieve them.
- Manage website content and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Perform site analytics to understand user behaviour and direct traffic to the sites.
- Work with various teams to devise social media campaigns.
- Align digital strategy with overall company strategy, including working with the marketing/sales team to align campaigns.
- Present report, insights and analysis on campaigns, social media and web performance.
- Optimize the website to get the best SEO impact and keyword targeting.
- Monitor and analyse marketing channel metrics to problem solve and identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage integrated campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant social media pages.

The role reports directly to the GENERAL MANAGER.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Required to work closely with all relevant departments in the most efficient and cost-effective manner to generate leads and convert them into sales.
