Role: Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and highly organized individual to join our Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the company’s objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets. Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of customer support representatives to ensure customers’ needs are satisfied.
• Scheduling calls, and addressing customer inquiries.
• Assisting the sales team by generating leads, qualifying potential clients and helping to close deals
• Conducting lead research and ensuring leads meet our criteria before finalizing deals.
• Establishing an efficient system for handling and tracking all inquiries effectively.
• Participating in weekly training sessions and conferences.
