Job Description:

We are recruiting for an Administrator for a restaurant located in Kanda, Tesano, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, skilled in basic Excel functions, and adept at managing social media platforms for the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Handle customer inquiries and reservations
• Maintain and update restaurant records and databases
• Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Monitor and manage the restaurant’s social media accounts
• Create engaging social media content to promote the restaurant
• Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, and customer feedback
• Support the management team in various administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office Suite applications
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Minimum HND in Business Administration or a related field
• Female candidates aged 28 – 35 years are preferred
• Proximity to Kanda, Tesano, or surrounding areas is highly preferred
