Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Aboadze (Takoradi)

Qualifications:

• First degree in HRM, Admin, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in recruitment.
• Experience with recruitment agencies is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Source candidates through databases and social media.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
