Job Description
Role Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct visitors to appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Uphold security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor badges.
Skills & Qualifications: - A minimum HND Degree in Secretariat, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
