We are looking for Product Research Assistants who will work with product managers to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis on products to grow Hubtel products.

The successful candidate will join the Product team for a six (6) month renewable contract, with the possibility of an extension as the workload continues to expand. Your primary place of work will be at our offices at Kokomlemle, Accra, Ghana, as an on-site position with Work-From-Home possibilities.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Analyze competitive products to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
• Develop product requirements based on market research and competitive analysis findings.
• Create and execute research plans to gather and analyze data.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into product features and requirements.
• Write and present research reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills Required:

• Experience with big data
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SQL is helpful but not required.
