Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist with at least three years of experience to manage our procurement processes and optimize supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement from sourcing to delivery.
2. Develop and implement procurement strategies.
3. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
4. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
5. Monitor supplier performance.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and clients.
7. Maintain accurate procurement records.
8. Use data analysis to improve procurement processes.
9. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of three years in procurement or supply chain management.
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
