Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates the quarterly departmental inventory and stock levels for appropriate actions
• Process purchase requisitions from different departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchasing policies.
• Create and issue purchase orders to selected vendors, providing clear specifications and delivery requirements.
• Review and verify purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock outs and excesses, optimizing inventory turnover and reducing carrying costs.
• Streamlines the HIS requests to ensure availability of the needed quantities supplied at the right time in order to eliminate waste
• Sources items using the correct procurement threshold and methods.
• Prepares and maintains procurement documentation according to procedure.

Educational Experience Required:

• First Degree in Procurement & Materials Management
• Knowledge of the Procurement ACT of Ghana
• A minimum of Three (3) years working experience at Middle level supervisory position
• HND in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
• Must be tech savvy
