Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Greater Accra
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in the overall retail structure of JD-Link Oil

Key Responsibilities:

• Station Management: Coordinate with maintenance vendors for the servicing of equipment and support services across stations.
• Sales Generation: Develop strategies to help stations meet volume targets and expand business through new stations and bulk customers
• Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management: Ensure appropriate safety signage and protocols are maintained across all stations.
• Security Management: Provide training, manage resources, and maintain high standards of quality assurance for security personnel.
• Regulatory Compliance: Manage relationships with regulatory agencies to ensure stations are in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Projects: Ensure regulatory requirements for projects are met and oversee the provision of start-up requirements for new stations.
• Human Resource Management: Conduct training and examinations for new supervisors, ensuring competency and readiness for their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related fields preferably with a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Management,
• Candidates must have a working experience of 7-15 years in the downstream petroleum marketing company or in a reputable international organization
• Proven leadership and management experience with knowledge in HSSEQ regulations.
