Job Description

Job Vacancy For Office Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with all aspects of office organization, administration and perform duties which include but not limited to;

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and other communication dialogue via other mediums.
• Enter order properly and correctly into a system.
• Organize daily deliveries and communicate clearly with the delivery team.
• Be organized, punctual and time conscious towards work.
• Ability to provide quick solutions to customers issues.

PAYMENT VERIFICATION

• Checking on daily sales payments via Momo.
• Closing of daily cash sales with the accountant.
• Ensuring delivery riders bring back the correct amount given by customers.

SALES

• Push sales of all available daily items to our customers when they visit the shop or through their messages on WhatsApp
• Be comfortable with the menu and the products to propose to customers.

COMMUNICATION

• Ensure proper communication to the internal team (Pastry team, bakery team and operations team)
• Communicate properly to the appropriate team on customer feedback and internal matters to superiors.

KEY ABILITIES

• To speak French and English.
• To manage stress.
• To be comfortable with public speaking.
• To multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• To work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• To learn new technology systems, methods, and processes.
