POSITION: Marketing Officer

LOCATION: On-site

SCHEDULE: Full time

Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s marketing and communication activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and executing communication plans, and managing our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing materials and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and reach of the organization.
• Actively market the organization’s products and services to target audiences.
• Create and execute communication plans that effectively promote the organization’s mission and objectives to target audiences.
• Manage the organization’s brand identity, including developing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
• Plan and execute events and campaigns to promote the organization and its activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners and influencers.
• Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure that marketing and communication efforts align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and report on outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years post National Service experience in marketing and communication roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
• Candidate must be IT inclined.
• Candidates must reside within the vicinity of East Legon, Ashaley Botwe, or surrounding areas.
