Position Overview: 

As a Maintenance Coordinator at TSL Logistics Ltd, you will oversee mechanical and electrical coordination while indirectly managing technicians.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) required

1. Analytical ability to develop processes and policy, reporting on the state of equipment as well as diagnosing and developing maintenance plans for equipment
2. Technical ability to be able to conduct preventative maintenance of equipment and clean-up exercises, carry out major and minor repairs on equipment, conduct safety tests and ensure all equipment are in good functioning state
3. Innovative and problem-solving skills to resolve technical and mechanical equipment faults as they arise
4. Knowledge of health, occupational hazards, safety and environmental standards to carry out precautions necessary for safe performance of duties
5. Excellent team spirit, integrity and supervisory ability

Knowledge of computer applications

Academic qualifications and experience required 

1. A good degree in Engineering from a reputable university
2. Minimum of 4-6 years post-graduation experience preferably in depot operation
