An OMC is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Laison Officer to join their team.

Liaison Officer – (Western and Central Regions)

Job Location: Takoradi

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Transporters to make sure there are Trucks available for loading
• Submit daily field report and reconcile with the Finance Team
• Daily submission of Waybills/Dispatch invoices to the Finance Team.
• Ensure weekly reconciliation with Bulk Distribution Company’s (BDCs) and Fuel Depots.
• Share periodic information from depots on changes/advances within the industry.
• Participate in Sales and Marketing of the company products and services.
• Identify and share possible leads for businesses and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Petroleum Engineering or HND in related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in an Oil Marketing Company
