RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Optimization

• Provide supervision for the account optimization team
• Track the activities of the optimization team and provide
  guidance in order to increase their success rates
• Develop strategies that inform the marketing planning for the team
• Maintain a tracker to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic action points

Client Acquisition – New Business Development and Marketing

• Develop referrals from current clients and leads from external contacts
• Increase investment inflows to grow the Assets under
  management(AUM)
• Proactively identify opportunities to promote the company’s products and services

Relationship Management

• Build trust and confidence with clients to identify and address all their financial needs
• Understand and discuss investment performance, economic and market trends with clients
• Provide excellent customer service and experience to clients
• Cross sell and up sell to existing clients

LEAD, RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:•

• DEGREE IN SALES & MARKETING
• 2/3 YRS EXPERIENCE IN SALES
