Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing / Branding

  • Overall responsibility for branding, setting-up and coordinating client and stakeholder events on behalf of the firm i.e. AGMs, Webinars, Seminars etc.
  • Overall responsibility for corporate identity and brand management
  • Develop marketing strategy in line with the company’s objectives
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget
  • Provide leadership in the development of strategic partner relationships
  • Provide monitoring and evaluation report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns at business meetings
  • Work closely with design and PR firms in successfully implementing all relevant activities

Client Services/Experience

  • Maintain a regularly updated file of all client information, including complaints and resolution of such complaints
  • Ensure that the Complaints manual is regularly updated and adheres to regulatory standards
  • Ensure that the Client Services team and other staff assigned with clients, call their assigned clients regularly and in line with the Firm’s established manuals and directives
  • Ensure the Client Services team achieve their annual client service/experience survey phone calls target
  • Ensure the Client Services team members maintain and/or improve turn-around-time for client transactions / engagements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Marketing
  • 2/3 years Experience in a similar role
