Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and cultivating business opportunities for our Industrial Park.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential tenants and businesses interested in establishing operations within the Industrial Park.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate high-quality leads.

2. Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to tailor lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market demands to enhance the our competitive position.

3. Collaboration with Sales Teams:

  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide valuable insights to optimize sales strategies and enhance conversion rates.

4. Database Management:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Regularly update management on lead generation progress, challenges, and opportunities.

5. Campaign Development:

  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Create compelling content and collateral to engage potential tenants and showcase the advantages of our business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other lead generation software.
