Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Hospitality Management
• A second degree in Hospitality management is an added advantage
• Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry with emphasis in food and beverage

Essential Selection Criteria

• Ability to work and communicate in a First-Class Environment
• In-depth knowledge in the hospitality industry and safety regulations
• Excellent customer management
• Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes and security
• Expert in time management
• Impeccable social media marketing skills
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively
• Willingness to work for long hours and on weekends and holidays
