Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Accra for a Housekeeping Supervisor. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, ensuring exceptional quality and customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• BSc. Hospitality Management
• Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping Experience
• Experience with Laundry Services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Familiarity with Housekeeping Safety Standards and Procedures
• Ability to Train, Develop, and Motivate Staff
• Flexibility and Attention to Detail
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
