Role Description

This is a Full-time Human Resources Executive role, located on-site in Accra. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for leading and executing HR strategies, policies and procedures, including employee relations, compensation, benefits and performance management. The Human Resources Executive will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, provide guidance and expertise to leadership and management team, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of specific, progressive HR experience in a hospitality or related industry
• Excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and negotiate with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus
• Experience in a multi-cultural and diverse work environment is a plus.
