Job Description:
- Monitor absenteeism, lateness, sick leave and vacation of post for all employees by checking/tracking daily attendance record (administration and factory staff).
- Collate accurate statistics of daily absentees, lateness and staff who vacate their post.
- Prepare and distribute query letters, warning letters to staff.
- Monitor leave schedules for staff that are due for leave.
- Draft and distribute leave letters to staff that are due for leave.
- File all staff correspondence on individual files and respective department files.
- Place requisitions for stationeries, toiletries, medical aids and any relevant equipment that will be used by the department.
- Maintain the data bank of unsolicited job applicants.
- Assist the HRM to resolve grievances of staff.
- Facilitate the payment of medical claims and workmen’s compensation for staff.
- Ensure that all medical claims are endorsed by departmental heads and forwarded to the accounts department for payment.
- Maintain accurate data (electronic and manual) and details of all new employees joining the company.
- Submit a daily report to the HRM on all executed functions.
- Any other duties assigned.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- A minimum qualification of a Degree in HRM or its relevant field.
- A minimum of 0-1 year working experience.
