Human Resource Generalist
• A successful candidate must be excellent in performance management and HR Analytics.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 to 5 vears of experience in HRM.
- BSc in HR / Business Administration.
- Professional Certification is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651).
- Proficiency in Performance
Management and HR Analytics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
