Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our thriving Logistics Company near Tema, Ashaiman? We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level HR Manager to drive HR strategies, cultivate a positive workplace culture, and maintain robust employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our organizational objectives
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a harmonious workplace
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Support business growth through effective talent management and development initiatives
• Implement and oversee performance evaluation systems to drive employee performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, with a track record of successful HR management
• Comprehensive understanding of HR metrics, systems, and databases
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to strategize and implement HR initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Proximity to Tema or Ashaiman is advantageous
