Hiring for one of the leading MNC into fertilizers .

Responsibilities:

Develop annual production plan, maintenance to achieve the business target and to increase the production volume while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality.

Formulate and Implement strategies for improving the inorganic chemical plant

Review daily, weekly, monthly production MIS reports to match actual performance vis-à-vis the targets and provide action steps to minimize variance

Liaise with the commercial team to conduct technical evaluation of vendors / contractors

Ensure compliances with all the regulatory laws applicable to the chemical industry, liaise with the regulatory bodies and government agencies

Working experience in Sulphuric and phosphoric acid plants is desirable

The person should have done Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with 18 to 20 years of relevant experience in Chemical Manufacturing with at least 10 years at a leadership role
