Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at First Finance Company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing budgets, and providing financial advice and guidance to senior management. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing relationships with external stakeholders. The Finance Manager will also Lead the Accounting and Finance function of the business and its regulated Collective Investments Schemes. The successful candidate will also ensure all regulatory returns are prepared accurately and filed on time.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA or related field) with MBA in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience working with Fund Management or Investment Banking Company
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting, out of which 3 years must be at Management level
• GISI or related certification is an advantage
• Proficient in the use of Sage Accounting Software
• Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations and reporting requirements of the Investment Industry
