CAGL Group is seeking a Finance and Administrative Officer for a full-time on-site role located in Tema. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial and administrative tasks required to keep the company running smoothly. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, banking transactions, coordination of office operations, and other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge in financial management, accounting, or administration
- Excellent financial analysis, budget management, and reporting skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel), and other relevant financial software
- Familiarity with Ghanaian tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
