Role: Field Instructor

Location: Accra, Ghana

Our client, a leading international security solutions group, which specialises in outsourced business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat is looking to recruit a highly experienced Field Instructor to join the team.

ROLE

The purpose of this role is to implement and facilitate training programs for assigned contracts of company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance training content and technique to ensure that learning objectives meets training requirements.
• Provide reports and feedback on existing guard’s progress and performance.
  Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions.
• Conduct refresher-training section for existing guards.
  Provide for the guard’s orientation to the company’s policies and procedures, ethical standards and safety.
• Maintain training equipment and supplies in safe and good working conditions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to prepare appropriate material for training.
• Ability to evaluate and asses learning.
  Ability to work under pressure.
• Communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft office.
• Presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Facilitation skills.
• Degree in Human Resource Management/or Equivalent or 3 years demonstrated experience in similar role.
