Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the estate, including staff schedules, security, repairs, maintenance, renovations.
  • Meet with owners to discuss estate requirements and projects.
  • Monitor and prepare estate budgets.
  • Supervise and evaluate estate employees, such as gardeners, butlers, chefs
  • Ensure the estate is maintained properly and that practical equipment runs smoothly.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between owners, staff, and contractors.
  • Plan and carry out finances for estate projects.
  • Manage and update estate records, databases, and financial information.
  • Keep track of rentals, leases, and agreements.
  • Promote and maintain positive relationships with owners and estate employees.
  • Hire and negotiate with contractors on behalf of property owners.
  • Monitor compliance with estate codes and rules.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in property management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in property management, project management, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Excellent coordination of property management activities, such as finance and maintenance, budgeting.
  • In-depth knowledge of grounds keeping and estate operations.
  • Solid knowledge of estate laws and procedures.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Exquisite time management and organizational skills.
