Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products and services. This role requires a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Job Responsibility 

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) using content drive, media buy and influencers.
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  7. Manage internal and external eCommerce/Online platforms for delivery service
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  10. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Requirements and skills

  1. At least a degree in marketing or a related field
  2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  6. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  7. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. Sprout)
  8. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
