Job Description

Customer Service Supervisor

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee and assist customer service employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints and billing customer orders.

Duties and responsibilities

Assisting customer service staff in managing customer inquiries and complaints

  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s brands, systems and process
  • Supervise the input of customer orders and printing of waybills Delegating tasks
  • Monitoring performance of customer service staff
  • Organizing work schedule
  • Collecting data and preparing reports

Requirements and qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in customer service
  • Previous experience as a customer service supervisor is required
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or communication from a recognized university
  • Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Female candidates are preferred
