Job Description

Our Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and financial performance of the company. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors, senior management team, and all stakeholders to ensure the company achieves its mission, vision, and financial goals. The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the company‚Äôs vision, mission, and overall direction.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to advance the company‚Äôs mission and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Lead the senior management team in the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and goals.
  • Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization.
  • Oversee fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, and submitting proposals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public engagements.
  • Communicate effectively with the Board, providing timely and accurate information necessary for the Board to make informed decisions.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to senior executives and emerging leaders within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
  • Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction
  • Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA
  • 10+ years’ experience in business related field
  • Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a CEO, President, or other senior executive role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and management.
  • Experience in managing a large, complex organization and leading a diverse team.
