Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various administrative tasks, including manning the front
desk.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Handle front desk duties.
- Manage email and respond to inquiries
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in managing employee relations and communications
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee onboarding and orientation
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Admin, Psychology or related field
- 3 years of experience in administrative or HR support role.
