DESIRED QUALIFICATION

• Educational Requirement: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or related discipline is required.
• Professional Requirement: Part Qualification in Accounting with a relevant professional body such as ACCA, ICAG, CIMA and other related professional body.

COMPETENCIES

• Excellent knowledge of accounts reconciliation.
• Good knowledge of accounting information systems/ software.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Good knowledge of analysis and interpretation of financial data.
• Good team building skills.
• Excellent attention to details, etc.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 – 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Health Service experience.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and reconcile daily cash and credit sales and other daily book keeping activities.
• Handle accounts payable processes.
• Handle accounts receivable Processes.
• Preparation of financial reports, budgets and reconciliations.
• Preparation of financial analysis (performance analysis, revenue analysis, cashflow analysis).
• Preparation of payroll processes.
• Inventory and fixed asset management and reporting.
