Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Accountant at Shortlets Ghana Ltd. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Accountant will work on-site at our office in Accra.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of Ghanaian financial regulations and tax laws
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is a plus
