Job Description:

As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. You will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Assist with audits and provide support to auditors as needed
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of accounting software systems
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
