Job Description
- Maintain an up-to-date record of transactions in an accounting system.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare monthly statutory returns (SNIT, PAYE, WHT, VAT, etc.) for filing.
- Prepare monthly social media fund liquidation reports.
- Manage all accounts payables.
- Manage and report on petty cash.
- Schedule bills for payments, ensuring compliance with the company’s procurement policy.
- Systematically document all payment documents in secured folders.
- Follow-up on all receipts from vendors and file accordingly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets where necessary.
- Perform all month-end closing procedures.
Requirements:
- First degree in accounting.
- Must have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
